These 2-stage chargers are suitable for quick and subsequent continuous charging of maintenance-free, valve-regulated and open lead batteries. During the first stage, charging is carried out with increased charging voltage, after which the switchover to floating charging mode occurs automatically, in which the battery is permanently kept at full charge.
